At éclater jewellery, we want you to be completely enamored with your new pieces; if for any reason you are not satisfied, we offer a 30-day return window for all unworn items in their original packaging. Please note that for hygiene reasons, earrings are non-returnable unless faulty.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Prepare Your Package
Securely place the jewellery in its original éclater gift box and protective mailer, ensuring all tags remain attached and the item is in its original condition.
Ship the Item
Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via our portal to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
Quality Inspection & Refund
Once our artisans inspect the returned piece, we will process your refund to the original payment method or issue a store credit within 5-7 business days.
