Do you offer international shipping?
Yes, we ship our collections worldwide. Shipping costs and delivery times vary by destination and will be calculated at checkout.
What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day return policy for all unworn items in their original packaging. Please note that earrings are excluded from returns due to hygiene reasons.
Does my jewellery come with a warranty?
Every éclat piece comes with a 12-month warranty covering any manufacturing defects. This does not cover accidental damage or normal wear and tear.
